What is Scrum?
Scrum is a lightweight framework that helps people, teams and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems.
We offer two foundational courses, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) which are two pivotal roles that comprise a Scrum team.
Who Should take SCRUM courses?
Scrum has become widely adopted in software development teams, making the CSM and CSPO courses well-suited for roles like scrum masters, product owners, project managers, engineers, business analysts, quality assurance testers, and others traditionally associated with or supporting software development. WHAT can I expect?
Foundational Certifications (CSM and CSPO)
Workshops are run as 5-hour sessions over three days or two full-day 8-hour sessions.
Workshops are highly interactive with short lectures accompanied by small group activities.
There are NO PowerPoint slides; Zoom and Miro support collaboration.
We share real-world stories and experiences.
Students receive a digital workbook in the form of a completed Miro PDF.
Upon completion of the workshop, students receive:
A two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance
Recognition by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster® or Certified Scrum Product Owner® with an accompanying digital certificate and badge

What is SAFe®?
Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) fosters business agility at scale. It provides a structure that enables teams of teams to align and collaborate to optimize flow and value delivery.
